Cocktails and hor d'oeuvres will be followed by a sit down meal of borscht, a caprese salad and your choice of:

Menu

Beef Tenderloin

Seared and slow roasted to perfection, finished with a merlot and green peppercorn demi glace. Served with English-style Yorkshire Pudding and Duchess potatoes.

Muskoka Stuffed Chicken

Cranberries, goat cheese and spinach rolled in a 6 oz. chicken breast. Wrapped in bacon, finished with a Muskoka maple syrup drizzle. Served with pomme dauphine.

Vegan Butter Chicken

A vegan take on a classic dish! Vegan butter chicken sauce seasoned and seared tofu, grape tomatoes, and green onions. Served over basmati rice or rice stick noodles. Accompanied by gluten free naan.

Dessert will be a crème brulèe, prepared in traditional style, finished with a caramelized caster sugar top.

Kids Under 12

Will be served chicken fingers and fries with fresh seasonal vegetables.
